Tofu with Chive Minced Pork Sauce

Cut the meat into small dices and mince the ginger.

Cut the northern tofu into cubes and cut the leeks into sections and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the minced pork until fragrant. Add 2 tablespoons of Northeastern soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the minced ginger and stir well.

Add the tofu and stir-fry briefly, then add an appropriate amount of water and a small amount of sugar and simmer for a while.
