Minced Pork and Pickled Beans
Overview
The sour beans pickled by yourself are sour, crispy and fragrant, and go very well with rice. It goes well with noodles and porridge.

Pickles. For the recipe, see my recipe ‘Sauer Beans’.

Soak the sour beans in water several times to remove some of the salt and sourness, then cut into small cubes.

Chop the chicken breast into small pieces.

Add the marinade and mix well, marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Finely mince garlic.

Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add minced meat and fry until it changes color.

Add diced sour beans and sugar.

Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes.

Crisp and sour with rice.
