Walnut and pine nut rye buns
Overview
Walnut and pine nut rye buns are made from rye bun pre-mixed powder. It is so simple. Add walnuts and pine nuts. The bread is a little salty, chewy, and nutty. It can be paired with coffee, milk tea, or a bowl of Chinese bone soup or fish soup. Healthy and beneficial bread goes well with anything!

Put all ingredients except butter into bread machine

Mix into a dough and add butter

Mix until expanded

Fermented to 2.5 times larger

Turn the bread machine to deflate the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

Take out the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts

Roll it into a large round piece and sprinkle with appropriate amount of walnuts and pine nuts

Fermented to double the size

Sift the flour through a sieve onto the dough
