Spicy Tofu

Are you like me and like to go to the snack street to look for all kinds of delicacies in your leisure time... and then buy a lot of them and eat them together, which is very enjoyable...! This pan-fried tofu is my favorite. The recipe is simple and the ingredients are simple. However, there is always an endless stream of diners. The method of making it is based on my own experience. I tried it a few times and found it very good. This dish can also be used as a snack or as a staple food. It can be eaten fried or grilled. You can add chili or have a lighter five-spice, salt-and-pepper flavor... Anyway, it is a delicious dish that can be made as soon as you get started! 🥁😇😇

Cut the green onion into sections and the soft tofu is quite thick, so I cut it into two pieces crosswise

Put the soft tofu in the pan and fry slowly over low heat until it is set, then gently turn it over. Fry the other side

After turning it over, brush a layer of light soy sauce and salt-based sauce on the surface or just sprinkle a little bit of fine salt (this step is more casual and I didn’t take a photo)

Then turn it over and sprinkle some salt, some sauce or something, and sprinkle with cumin powder

Sprinkle some chili powder on top...Oh~👌!

After the finished product is out of the pan, sprinkle some green onions and sesame seeds to eat with it...even better! 🌝
