Peeling yam will make your hands itchy and allergic due to the mucus. Divide the yam into several sections and soak them in water for 20 minutes, then peel off the skin.

Cut the yam into small pieces, and the jujube paste has been frozen in the refrigerator (the specific steps are in my recipe).

Add diced yam and two tablespoons of sugar into a rice cooker and steam for 10 minutes.

After the steamed yam has cooled, put it into a plastic bag and press it into puree with a rolling pin.

Put the yam paste into the mold and press out the flowers.
