Add powdered sugar and salt to room temperature softened butter

Use a whisk to mix manually until there is no dry powder

Turn on the electric mixer and beat the butter until it becomes lighter in color and thicker in volume

Add egg whites in portions

Beat evenly; be sure to beat the egg whites thoroughly each time before adding the next time

Sift in cake flour and cocoa powder

Mix well with a spatula

Install the nozzle into a silicone piping bag, then fill it with the mixed batter

Pipe out the desired shape on the baking sheet

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven
