Wash the mustard seeds and dry them for a day

First put a layer of pepper and salt on the bottom, then put the vegetables, press it tightly, sprinkle another layer of pepper and salt on top, and finally pour a little white wine.

The food was a bit salty, so I soaked it for a while. Stir-fry it with oil and chili pepper, it will be very fragrant and the vegetables will be crispy.
