Steps

  1. Wash the mustard seeds and dry them for a day

  2. Saute salt and pepper until fragrant

  3. After drying the mustard seeds, add salt and pepper and knead them

  4. First put a layer of pepper and salt on the bottom, then put the vegetables, press it tightly, sprinkle another layer of pepper and salt on top, and finally pour a little white wine.

  5. Pour water and seal, and you can eat it after 20 days

  6. The food was a bit salty, so I soaked it for a while. Stir-fry it with oil and chili pepper, it will be very fragrant and the vegetables will be crispy.
