Soak the soybeans, add water to the pressure cooker and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and continue to simmer while preparing other ingredients.

Peel and dice tomatoes. Add a little base oil to the wok, add tomato paste and stir-fry to produce red oil, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry over low heat until pureed.

Add the cooked soybeans and stir-fry evenly. Add the water and broth used to cook the soybeans. Add salt and cook for 8 minutes over high heat. Stir-fry quickly until the juice is thickened. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
