Prepare low strength flour.

Add salt to the flour.

Prepare the seaweed.

Chop the seaweed and add it to the flour.

Add corn oil and water, knead the dough into a flocculent shape and finally knead it into a dough.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 4 mm piece.

Use a grinding tool to cut into squares and prick the air holes with a fork.

Place in baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
