Cut the washed rapeseed into different sizes, cut into slices and blanch the fresh mushrooms (water-made mushrooms are also acceptable)

After the pot is hot, pour a little base oil, add rapeseed, add a little salt, stir-fry until the water comes out and set aside

Pour off the water from cooking the rapeseed, add some base oil, pour in the blanched shiitake mushroom slices, stir-fry for a few times, add cooking wine, continue to stir-fry, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant
