Tea-flavored glutinous rice rolls

Tea-flavored glutinous rice rolls

Overview

Yesterday I saw on the Internet that rice cooked with tea will be more fragrant. I happened to make bean paste filling myself, so I thought about making glutinous rice rolls. In fact, you can also use glutinous rice flour, but I seem to prefer making it directly with glutinous rice, as the texture will be softer. Wrapped with a layer of soybean noodles, it is indeed very fragrant.

  5. Cool the cooked rice slightly, put it out on the chopping board, and knead it with your hands (if you feel the glutinous rice is too sticky during the kneading process, you can add some fried glutinous rice flour) and knead until there is almost no granular glutinous rice in the glutinous rice ball

  6. Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the chopping board, spread the kneaded glutinous rice ball on it, then evenly spread a layer of bean paste, and then roll the glutinous rice into a roll (it will be less sticky when you wet your hands)
