Put the preserved eggs in the pot and cook them (you can cook 6-8 preserved eggs in one portion, I cooked two portions)

After peeling, refrigerate for a few hours.

Cut a preserved egg into six small pieces and place on a plate. (Apply oil on the knife to prevent it from sticking)

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, chop chili and stir-fry until fragrant.
