  1. Put the preserved eggs in the pot and cook them (you can cook 6-8 preserved eggs in one portion, I cooked two portions)

  2. After peeling, refrigerate for a few hours.

  3. Cut a preserved egg into six small pieces and place on a plate. (Apply oil on the knife to prevent it from sticking)
