Wash the apples and pears, cut into half and core, wash the red dates and set aside

Put the cut apples, pears, and red dates into the pot and let the water pass through the ingredients. (If you like dessert, you can put a little rock sugar, preferably rock sugar. Because I am a lazy person, I choose to use an electric pressure cooker and choose the soup option)
