Ingredients: Rice (washed).

Spare ribs (washed and blanched).

Taro.

Chives.

Peel and wash the taro.

Place on the chopping board and cut into pieces, set aside.

Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and add some cooking wine.

Bring to a boil.

Next, add the rice.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.

Then, add the chopped taro and bring to a boil. Cook for 7-8 minutes until the taro is cooked and soft.

Finally, add some salt and chicken essence to taste.

Add the chives and serve.
