Home-brewed rice wine
Overview
I haven’t made rice wine for a long time. I did it once before using a Bear Yogurt Maker, but then the job was taken over by someone else, and it has nothing to do with us from now on. Later? When production failed to keep up with demand, we stepped up. I was a little stunned when I saw the bag of rice wine I bought. Why did I think of buying rice wine? If you want to eat it, let me cook it for you. I tried the rice wine I bought. It didn’t taste as good as ours. It had a bit of sourness, although it wasn’t particularly obvious. Just do it, it just so happens that I haven't tested the function of rice wine yet.
