Soy Sauce Pipa Legs
Overview
It’s super easy to make without adding a drop of oil. The so-called pipa leg is the lower part of the chicken leg. It looks a bit like a pipa😄

Soak the pipa legs in warm water for half an hour to remove the blood inside

Wash the green onions and slice the ginger

Spread green onion and ginger on the bottom of the cast iron pot

Place the chicken legs

Prepare half a bowl of steamed fish with soy sauce

Half a bowl of water

Mix evenly and pour into the pot until the amount of liquid reaches 1/2 of the chicken leg

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer

Turn over every ten minutes

Wait until the chicken legs are fully flavored and the soup has dried up
