Dry pot duck feet
Overview
I like to eat dry pot. I use Sichuan flavored seasoning to make delicious dry pot. It tastes particularly good.

Braised duck feet until medium rare.

Pour rapeseed oil into the wok, add Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili flakes and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add tempeh and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and saute over low heat until fragrant.

Add beef spicy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add duck feet and stir-fry over medium-low heat.

Add scallions and onions and stir-fry over high heat.

Cover the bottom of the dry pot with green onions.

Put the fried duck feet into the dry pot.

Serve it on the table and start nibbling.
