Peel the winter melon, wash and drain the shrimps.

Cut the winter melon into 2cm cubes.

Chop the scallions into fine slices.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the hot pan, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add winter melon and stir-fry for 2 minutes

Add the prawns and add appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir-fry.

When the shrimps turn red, add appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat for about fifteen minutes. When taking it out of the pot, sprinkle in a little minced chives and drizzle in a little sesame oil. (No need to add MSG to the soup)
