Stir-fried celery with lotus root and fungus

Prepare ingredients: celery, lotus root, fungus, garlic cloves.

Peel and chop the garlic, soak the fungus, remove the stems and tear them open, tear off the tendons of the celery and cut into diagonal sections, and slice the carrots.

Peel the lotus root, cut into thick slices and then cut into cubes (as shown in the picture)

Boil water in a pot, add salt, cooking oil, pour in celery and lotus root and blanch for 2 minutes.

Remove and drain the water.

Heat the pan, pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the fungus and carrots and sauté over high heat for a while.

Pour in the lotus root and celery and stir-fry together. During this time, the water in the pot will evaporate. Add some water and abalone juice and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt, chicken powder, sugar, and a little sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.
