Small grain steamed buns
Overview
I made two kinds of multigrain steamed buns, one is a mixture of corn flour, black rice flour and black bean flour. One is, millet noodles, black bean noodles, soybean noodles.

First mix corn flour, black rice flour, black bean flour and water together. Add water slowly

The steamed buns are ready to be put into the steamer

Steam in a steamer at 100℃ for 25 minutes
