Remove the bones from the wing base and chop a few times horizontally and vertically with the back of a knife. It is better to beat with a meat mallet.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little black pepper and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Shred onions, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic.

Put no oil in the pan and fry the wings skin side down in the pan. (Chicken skin will produce oil on its own)

Fry until golden brown on both sides and set aside.

Put 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of salad oil in the pot, add onions and saute until fragrant.

Add minced garlic and mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add tomato paste and stir well.

Pour into 1 small bowl of hot water and bring to a boil.

Add the chicken chops and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Simmer until the soup reduces, add sugar and a little salt and stir-fry evenly. Finally add black pepper and stir well.

Remove from pan and plate.
