Simple Braised Pork
Overview
In fact, I don’t really like eating fatty meat. Looking at the meat with fat leaking out made me feel numb all over. It was really disgusting... Later, I left home and went to another city. I started to miss home, so I started making the braised pork that my mother was good at and my father loved most. In this way, when eating, you will feel that you still have the taste and feeling of home around you.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork belly and cut into thick slices (because I don’t like it too fatty, I removed the fat and pork skin)
-
Apply some thin oil to the pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry for a while
-
Add a little rock sugar
-
Add the ground red yeast rice and stir-fry until browned
-
Drop in an appropriate amount of straw mushroom dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of Shanxi mature vinegar (can remove greasiness)
-
Stir well and then transfer to the earthen pot to simmer over high heat. After simmering, turn down the heat and simmer until the juice is reduced and immediately turn off the heat

This setting is for macro, so it’s not very clear. I’m not a professional photographer, so I hope you’ll forgive me~

This is the pork belly after being plated. I used a mobile phone to take the photo. I turned on the flashlight and the effect was pretty good

Do you have the urge to swallow your saliva? I think the braised pork I make is the simplest. I am a lazy person and don’t want to be messy or complicated. For me, life is the happiest thing.
