Rice dumplings and sesame balls
Overview
The Lantern Festival is over, and there are still some glutinous rice balls left in the refrigerator. It would be a good idea to try them for breakfast.

Spread cooked white sesame seeds onto a plate.

Put the quick-frozen glutinous rice balls into the pot and cook until they just float.

Remove with a slotted spoon, drain and place on a sesame seed plate.

Roll in sesame seeds one after another.

Fry in 70% hot oil until golden brown.

Drain and serve on a plate.
