Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare to peel half a pumpkin, peel walnuts, and prepare a little milk for later use.
-
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam it in a steamer for about five or six minutes.
-
Use a larger spoon to crush pumpkin chunks.
-
When finished, press it into a puree.
-
Add a little water to the pumpkin puree, stir evenly, pour it into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then add fresh milk and walnuts, and cook for about a minute.
-
If you think it's not sweet enough, you can add some rock sugar, but personally I think the sweetness of pumpkin itself is the best.
