Overview
It was my first time to try Mozzarella cheese, and I was pleasantly surprised by its delicious taste. The chewy texture is a bit like tofu, and it's very tough when chewed. The light milky aroma of the cheese itself melts when paired with the tomato seafood soup and garlic bread!
