Make delicate red bean paste at home, a must for Dorayaki
Overview
I suddenly wanted to eat Dorayaki. I bought ready-made red bean paste filling, but I always thought it was too sweet and a bit greasy. This version has no oil and a little less sugar, making it suitable for children. If you want to save production time, soak the red beans for 2-4 hours in advance, which can save the time of cooking red beans.

Steps
-
Wash the red beans with water and soak them for 2 hours. It would be better if you can prepare it a day in advance. Soak it in water. If it is summer, put it in the refrigerator and soak it overnight. This makes it easy to cook and saves a lot of time later.
-
Boil the soaked beans for 40-60 minutes. When they become sandy, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
-
Using the myjuicer juicer, you can easily make refried beans. (Just add the red bean water used to cook the beans, so the taste will be stronger)
-
The beaten bean paste is already very delicate, but it has more water.
-
Use a non-stick pan to stir-fry continuously, add white sugar, and stir-fry until the water reduces and becomes sticky. (Taste the taste, if it’s too bland, add more sugar)
-
The fried bean paste can be used as dorayaki, bean buns, or bread filling.
