Overview

The great transformation of potatoes. The recipe uses olive oil with less fat. If you are not afraid of gaining weight, you can replace it with butter and it will taste better.

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into thick slices, and wash them in water to remove the excess starch on the surface. (Don’t make them too thick, otherwise they will be difficult to cook. Just make them slightly thicker than thin slices.)

  2. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry potato slices until cooked, add cracked black pepper and 1/2 tsp salt, stir-fry evenly,

  3. Pour it into a smaller pan and spread it evenly, preferably a non-stick pan (I should have used a pan, but I can use a pan at home)

  4. Beat the eggs with 1/2 tsp of salt, pour them into the pot, set them over low heat, and bake them in an oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes until the surface is colored.
