My mother would stew it for me when I was coughing when I was a child. It can cure stubborn coughs caused by heat and cold. Oranges are rich in vitamins

First wash the surface of the orange with salt!

It’s best to stew it whole, because my stew pot is small, so I cut it into a quarter

Put the oranges into the stew pot

Cut the lean meat into slices and wash them

Cut 6~8 pieces of ginger and add a bowl of water

Simmer for 2.5 hours

After stewing, squeeze out the juice from the orange flesh and the soup will taste better
