Stir-fried sweet potato leaves with garlic
Overview
Sweet potato leaves are my son’s favorite vegetable in summer. They contain vitamin C, B2 and carotene, and they also have the effect of moisturizing and laxative. The sweet potato leaves are most delicious when fried with lard, but now that I am advocating health, I use peanut oil instead. It tastes just as good. Remember to drizzle a little oil on the tail before serving, and the color will be better.
