Braised cauliflower with tomatoes
Overview
Our family doesn't eat cauliflower very often. I always don't know how to eat it. This time my mother bought this kind of hard cauliflower. I saw how she cooked it. She put tomatoes in it and stir-fried it. It was more delicious. It absorbed the tomato soup. The sour and sweet ones are more appetizing. I will do the same when I get home in the future. It's simple and delicious. It's pretty good.

Break the cauliflower into appropriately large pieces and blanch them in hot water.
