Prepare materials.

Cut tomatoes into cubes, green peppers into cubes, and ginger into slices.

Put a little oil in the pot, fry the ribs until slightly brown, add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. (Bleach the water before cooking)

Add tomato sauce and light soy sauce. Add boiling water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt.

Don't drain the juice over high heat, leave a little. Then add tomatoes and green peppers and stir-fry over high heat until cooked through.
