Steps

  1. Prepare two potatoes, slice them first, then soak them in water with some salt and let them drain!

  2. Dice the prepared scallions and set aside

  3. Dice the ginger and set aside

  4. Without pouring oil into the pot, put the potato slices into the pot first, and when the water dries up, turn them over!

  5. Pour a little oil (must be a little) and fry until the noodles are browned

  6. Fry it like this, put it on a plate and set aside. Pour oil into the pan, add chives and ginger, stir-fry, then add the fried potato slices, pour cooking wine, then pour in mushrooms and dark soy sauce, stir-fry! Add another bowl of water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes!

  7. Just load it into a plate
