Dried fragrant cauliflower
Overview
I made spicy cauliflower last time and found that there are quite a few friends who like to eat cauliflower. Today I will try a different way of cooking it. It does not require chili peppers so that I can better appreciate the original flavor of the food.

Peel the pork belly and slice into slices.
