Milk Recipe
Overview
Simple, quick, delicious, no additives, nutritious, healthy and affordable. In terms of taste, it is completely comparable to the milk and shredded coconut recipe from 85. In short, it is a new direction and new outlet for me who doesn’t like to drink milk! It’s also a quick snack that I use to trick my kids... Hahaha. If you like coconut, you can use coconut milk or coconut milk instead of milk. If you want a richer milk flavor, add some condensed milk or light cream. What I made is a relatively simple alternative to milk😄

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour about 350g of milk into a small pot, add sugar and stir slowly over low heat (mix the remaining 50g of milk with starch and set aside)
-
When the milk boils, immediately pour in the water starch, stir quickly and then turn off the heat!
-
The cooked milk should be in the form of a paste that is not easy to flow
-
Then pour it into a box that has been covered with plastic wrap in advance, spread it out, shake out excess gas, cover it, and refrigerate for more than 4 hours (the plastic wrap is laid for easy removal, but of course it doesn’t need to be laid)

This is the custard I refrigerated overnight, then cut it into the size you like and wrap it in coconut 😍

The finished product looks so delicious😍😍

Take a bite of the finished product and the milky coconut aroma blends together like tofu and melts in your mouth, but it also has a silky texture ~ great! 👏🏼👏🏼. The sun is out, let’s bask in it😁😁😁
