Stir-fried loofah with tomatoes and shrimp skin
Overview
This year’s loofah harvest doesn’t seem to be as good as last year’s. My mother-in-law gave me these two loofahs in the morning. Although they’re not much, it’s enough for me to eat by myself, hehe

Prepare main ingredients

Peel and cut the loofah into sections, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add dried shrimps and stir-fry

Add the loofah segments and stir-fry

Add tomatoes and stir-fry

Add a little salt, sugar and stir-fry evenly, take it out of the pan after 1 minute
