Imitation Mushroom Biscuits
Overview
Many children must like to eat Hao*you’s mushroom biscuits. I think the first time I ate them was when a relative who was doing business brought them from Russia ten years ago. There was just a box of them. But then, I discovered a problem. Its mushroom caps were actually made of cocoa butter, which made me less enthusiastic about it, and I never bought it again. After I learned how to bake, I discovered a cute little biscuit on the Internet that looks like a mushroom. Although its lid is not all chocolate, it is an umbrella-shaped biscuit with a layer of chocolate on the lid. But I personally think the taste is even better than the original one, and you will never use cocoa butter when making it yourself, don't you think? Action is worse than heartbeat,,,,,,,,,,

After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar and mix with a spatula until smooth.
-
Add milk gradually and mix well.
-
Sift in the low flour and mix evenly, knead into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
-
Take a 3~4g piece of dough and divide it into two.

Knead half into an umbrella shape and half into a slightly pointed cylinder.
-
Place the cylinders into the umbrella cover and arrange them one by one into the baking pan.
-
Set the middle shelf of the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes, and keep an eye on it during the last few minutes to prevent it from getting too dark. After baking and cooling, take an appropriate amount of chocolate and melt it over water. Dip a layer of chocolate on the outside of each umbrella cover and place it on non-stick oil paper or oil cloth to dry.
