I spent an entire afternoon peeling and coreing the longan. It hurt my hands to peel it~😜 Fortunately, the result was gratifying! So happy! ! 😍

Peel the longan and add salt and sugar.

A fresh lemon, squeeze out the juice and filter out impurities.

Pour half of the lemon juice into the longan.

Stir, heat over low heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with water to make juice.

Add to the boiling longan and simmer until it becomes thick and the soup becomes transparent. After turning off the heat, add the juice of the other half of the lemon.

Place in a container while hot and let cool at room temperature.
