Curry Chicken Feet
Overview

Use kitchen scissors to trim the nails from the chicken feet.

Wash the chicken feet, make curry, spring onions and ginger and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the water, add the chicken feet and blanch them. Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add scallions and ginger to high temperature and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken feet and stir-fry together.

Add cooking wine.

Add onion, ginger, salt, sugar and water.

After boiling over high heat, turn to medium-low heat and cook until chopsticks can be easily inserted into the chicken feet.
