Yanghua radish is my favorite type of radish, and it’s perfect for salad dressing. This time I cut the radish into bergamot shapes. In addition, patting or slicing radish like garlic is a good choice.

  1. Cut the radish in half and use a knife to make the openings as shown in the picture, but do not cut through.

  2. After everything is cut, sprinkle a little salt and mix well. Use the salt to kill the moisture. The radish will become crisper and more flavorful.

  3. Then use a small bowl to add sweet and sour according to the proportions in the ingredient list above. The amount of light soy sauce depends on the individual, and the salt is also added according to personal taste. In addition, use a small bowl to prepare the sauce to better control the taste. You can taste the sauce at any time to adjust. Then pour the prepared sauce over the radish and mix well. You can order some sesame oil according to your personal taste when eating.
