Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
On weekdays, pork ribs are mostly used to make soup, and subconsciously I feel that this will reduce the greasiness. A few days ago, my friends talked about the recipe and deliciousness of sweet and sour pork ribs. Today I went to buy local pork from farmers and try this recipe. The dish is not greasy, sweet and sour, and my husband has made a guest appearance as a food reviewer. He has designated it as one of the dishes for the next family dinner!
