Pan-fried potato chips
Overview
I used an electric pan to bake some potato slices, and my daughter praised them for how delicious they were while eating them. I used to give her French fries, but this time I made slices of French fries, which are healthier than the ones in the supermarket, right? Take it upon yourself to make a small snack for your child, even if it is a vegetable.

Peel the potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into about 0.1CM thick slices.

Soak in clean water for 3 to 5 minutes.

Rinse oil in electric pan.

Arrange potato slices.

Fry until slightly dry and turn over.

Fry until both sides are lightly browned, sprinkle with salt and pepper or serve with tomato sauce.
