Prepare ingredients: rice, yam, beef, spinach

Grate yam and cook it with rice to make porridge

Hot pan and cold oil (it must be lard to make it fragrant)

Heat the oil and add the ginger slices. When the aroma comes out, add the beef. It will change color slightly. Pour in the cooked porridge, add diced spinach and salt
