Cigarette biscuits

Overview

I always thought that Junzhi’s snacks were very sweet, but I didn’t expect that Teacher Meng’s biscuits were even sweeter. I have been playing modified version of Teacher Meng’s snacks before, but I didn’t find this problem. This cigarette biscuit is actually an egg roll. Teacher Meng used a special baking mat, which is regular in shape, uniform and even in color. We only have ordinary baking paper, so we can only try to make it the same size, but the baking color cannot be guaranteed.

1. 1 Prepare materials

   

2. 2 Pour butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla powder into a large bowl and heat over water

   

3. 3 Stir until butter melts, remove

   

4. 4 After cooling, add egg whites

   

5. 5 Mix well

   

6. 6 Sift in low-gluten flour

   

7. 7 Mix well

   

8. 8 Take 2 tsp of batter and mix with cocoa powder

   

9. 9 Mix well,

   

10. 10 Put the cocoa batter into the chocolate decorating pen and set aside

    

11. 11 Use a spoon to spread the batter on the baking sheet into a circle about 9CM in diameter

    

12. 12 Pour on the cocoa batter

    

13. 13 Put it in the oven, 165 degrees, middle layer, bake up and down for about 10 minutes

    

14. 14 Golden on the surface, out of the oven

    

15. 15 Roll up while hot
