Oatmeal buns
Overview
Don't think I'm ugly, but I'm very nutritious. The amount of oats and flour used is 1:1, so the surface of the steamed buns looks uneven, but it does not affect its deliciousness!

Prepare a clean container and pour in flour and oatmeal

Dissolve the yeast with warm water

Use chopsticks to mix the oatmeal and flour evenly

Pour in yeast water

Cover the dough with a lid or a damp cloth and let it ferment for 2 weeks

Deflate the fermented dough, make steamed buns of the same size, put them in a steamer and ferment for about 20 minutes

Steam for 25 minutes
