Prepare the ingredients, peel and core the dried longan

Grind American ginseng into powder

Mix American ginseng powder and longan meat

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water, cover it tightly with a plate, place it in a pressure cooker and steam for 30 minutes (ordinary pots require more than 2 hours of steaming)

Continue to simmer for 30 minutes, then open the pot and take it out
