Eggs are rich in protein, and hard-boiled eggs are the most nutritious. However, most people don’t like to eat hard-boiled eggs. Today I will share my experience in boiling candied eggs.

  1. Pour water into the pot and add washed eggs (remember to wash the eggs to prevent bacteria from the eggshell from entering the eggs after they are cooked)

  2. Bring to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes (depending on the size of the eggs)

  3. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes to allow the residual heat of the water to continue cooking the eggs

  4. Finished product after peeling
