We first wash the Longli fish and cut it into small pieces, about 1*1cm.

Cut the ginger into thin strips and put them into the bowl with the fish pieces

Add olive oil to the pot, stir-fry the soup, then pour it into a soup pot filled with water, bring to a boil, and then simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. This kind of soup will be more pure and rich, without the need to add other seasonings.
