Pumpkin Lily Pork Ribs Soup
Overview
Pumpkins and lilies can be stewed in sweet soup, and it’s also good to stew them with pork ribs. Pumpkin is warm in nature and sweet in taste, while lily has the effects of calming the mind, moistening the lungs and relieving coughs, and is slightly bitter. My daughter said that lily stewed with pumpkin is no longer bitter, and the soup is delicious. This soup is light and nutritious and suitable for all ages.
