Hairtail Fish and Tofu Pot
Overview

Prepare ingredients.

Cut hairtail into sections and clean. Remove the inner black matter.

Coat both sides of the hairtail fish with cornstarch.

Cut tofu into cubes.

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the hairtail until golden brown on both sides, then fry the tofu.

Add about 300ML of water.

Add the Thai sweet and spicy sauce, then pat the garlic and add it.

After boiling, turn the casserole to medium-low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
