Three-color noodles
Overview
Red is the spicy cabbage, green is the tofu dish, and white is the shaved noodles. The three colors are really beautiful, and the taste is fresh, tender, slightly spicy, and delicious😋!

Cook the noodles in a pot and add appropriate amount of salt.

Wash the tofu dishes and soak them in water. After the noodles are cooked, blanch them in noodle soup until they change color.
